A new bloco in Munich, Germany, founded in 2009 by 10 percussionists. Their particular style is dominated by different samba-reggae grooves, using as well african, cuban and funky or ska elements. Together with dynamic moves and chroreography and with a "dirty" stage outfit forms the distinctive performance of Stockwerk Orange on stage and street. Actually the outfit was donated by Munich's well known street sweeper "Franky" and is basically made up of the typical orange working trousers combined with black band shirts. The band is recognized in Munich by the outfit, the loud samba-reggae style repinique beat and the virtuous timbal soloists.
